Sometimes it can be difficult to talk, and face to face meetings can be a little intimidating. Amy offers messaging services, or chat sessions, as an alternative to a live in person or video session. You can choose from a variety of plans that include messaging, and change plans when you become more comfortable. (These plans can not be billed to insurance companies for reimbursement at this time.)
Monthly fee for unlimited messaging throughout the month. Email when you want, how much you want and Amy will message you back within a 24 hour time period.
One clinical email message (with response), 250 word limit (each).
Multiple messages (with responses), charged per client word. $5 minimum charge. (Words are determined as defined by the word count utilized in a word document.)
Like the idea of messaging but would like live sessions as well? These plans offer the comfort and convenience of unlimited messaging, in addition to some live sessions throughout the month.
Monthly fee for unlimited messaging and up to four scheduled live chat sessions a month.
Monthly fee for unlimited messaging and up to four scheduled phone sessions a month.
Monthly fee for unlimited messaging and up to four scheduled video sessions a month.
Plans begin upon enrollment and continue for 30 days.
Not ready to commit to a plan yet? Not sure how much you'll utilize the online counseling service, or want to get to know Amy first, then decide? Pay as you go, and choose a plan later, if you want. (These sessions may be billed for reimbursement via the submittal of an invoice Amy can provide you. Each insurance company, however, maintains their own policies regarding telehealth services.)
