With a Masters Degree in Counseling, a specialty in Marriage, Child and Family Therapy, and over 20 years of experience Amy offers effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. She treats a number of mental health disorders, and provides a safe space for clients to work through whatever is troubling them, without judgement or shame.
Amy is trained in a variety of Evidenced Based Approaches, to include, but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR).
Amy promises to be there for you every step of your journey. Her goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
Sometimes it can be difficult to talk, and face to face meetings can be a little intimidating. Amy offers messaging services, or chat sessions, as an alternative to a live in person or video session. You can choose from a variety of plans that include messaging, and change plans when you become more comfortable.
We get it, sometimes it's just hard to get out of the office and across town for a therapy appointment, that is why Amy offers live video sessions. Schedule a time that works for you, maybe even during your work day, when you can break off and connect with Amy via video from your phone, tablet, or computer.
Maybe you aren't quite ready to meet Amy face to face, but you just can't type fast enough to keep up, or perhaps you just want to hear a voice on the other end of the line. Amy offers phone sessions, so you can chat about your concerns from any where, so long as you have your phone.
Amy is an in network provider with a few insurance companies, they vary regarding what can and cannot be billed as a service. Therefore, Amy can not guarantee that your insurance will cover the cost of an online session or plan. You are more than welcome to contact your insurance provider yourself, and Amy will provide you an invoice to verify payment of services rendered, so that you may submit it to the insurance company for reimbursement.
Amy is currently accepting new clients. Feel free to contact us if you have questions!

Perfect for the busy client, or just someone who isn't quite ready yet to meet face to face. Start by emailing Amy and go back and forth as you get to know one another. Once you've become more comfortable, you can consider a live video or phone session, until then, allow your therapeutic relationship to grow over email messages.
The benefit of online counseling is convenience. Sometimes you can carve out a thirty minute or 45 minute space of time to sit down and talk things through, but other times you just need to ask a quick question. This plan allows you the flexibility of scheduling regular live video sessions, and still messaging Amy in between. It's great for follow up questions, or for working through some things as they come up, rather than having to wait until the next scheduled session.
Always on the go? Don't know if you can lock down a private enough space for a video? If you can find the time for a session, but don't know where you'll be, this plan might work best. You can message as you need, then schedule a phone session when you have time.
Not sure how many sessions you'll need this month? This plan is for you...you can pay for each session individually, dependent on how much time you need, or what type of session works for you in the moment.
Do you have any questions? Feel free to call or send Amy a message, she will get back to you as soon as possible.
